1、Standard Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from SeeseaCos. If you're not happy with your order, we’re happy to accept returns or exchanges as per the policy below:

✅ Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must be returned with original packaging, including boxes, tags, and bags

  • Return or exchange request must be made within 15 days of delivery

  • Cosplay apparel and footwear are considered special-use items and are non-returnable if used.

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they meet the return conditions above.

  • Defective items are eligible for a full refund or exchange; for non-defective items, return shipping is the customer's responsibility

2、Shipping & Refund

  • Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and must purchase their own return label. We do not provide prepaid labels for such cases.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, a prepaid return label will be issued after your return request is approved

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost
